Kevin Harkenrider

Kevin Harkenrider is the Chief Corporate Officer at Viasat. He oversees various essential functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, information security, quality, facilities, and physical security.

Kevin's extensive tenure with Viasat since October 2006 has seen him in several senior leadership positions, notably as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Operations Officer. Throughout his journey, he has demonstrated strong leadership in driving Viasat's operational structure, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with the company's priorities.

As a valued leader, Kevin's expertise extends beyond operations, as he has in the past successfully led two business segments as the President of Viasat Commercial Networks and President of Viasat Broadband Services. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping Viasat's global supply chain, maintaining product integrity, and implementing environmentally-friendly practices at production facilities. Moreover, he remains dedicated to upholding the safety and well-being of Viasat's diverse workforce across more than 45 offices worldwide. With his profound experience and commitment to accountability, Kevin Harkenrider continues to play a pivotal role in Viasat's ongoing success and expansion.

Prior to Viasat, Kevin held various positions in operations and management at companies including Computer Sciences Corporation, BAE Systems, Mission Solutions, and General Dynamics Corporation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
