If you're a current Viasat Internet customer, you can easily add an EasyCare protection plan by logging into My Viasat.

 

If you are not a current customer, you will first need to select a Viasat Internet plan and then add an EasyCare protection plan. You can do this online or by calling 1-855-393-3302.

EasyCare Premium includes worry-free coverage for your eligible home office, smart home, and wearable devices, as well as Accidental Damage and Handling (ADH) for select portable electronics. See the list of eligible devices here

EasyCare+ includes all the basic support of EasyCare, along with on-demand expert technical advice and support for your eligible devices. Your first 3 months are FREE when you sign up within 30 days of install. This plan costs $14.99/mo. thereafter.

 

EasyCare Premium (coming soon) includes everything from EasyCare+ and worry-free coverage and expert technical support for your eligible devices. Your first 3 months are just $9.99/mo. when you sign up within 30 days of install. This plan costs $24.99/mo. thereafter.

When EasyCare Premium is made available, Premium customers may file hassle-free claims for covered devices. Start the process here (coming soon).

Unfortunately, any pre-existing damaged devices are not covered under the plan prior to enrollment. If you need a repair on a device that was damaged prior to enrollment or that is not covered under the EasyCare Premium plan, in-store repairs may be available. In-store repairs are not available in all markets for all products. 

Yes! For laptops, tablets, wearables, and printer display screens only, there is no need to stress over accidental drops, spills, or cracked screens. We've got it covered and can repair or replace your device with a minimal service fee of $99, $49, or even $0 per approved claim, depending on the device covered. 

Cancellation of EasyCare within 90 days after purchase may result in charges for EasyCare services previously received. Re-enrollment in EasyCare may be restricted for up to 180 days after cancellation. EasyCare+ and EasyCare Premium are provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc. and subject to its terms and conditions. Enrollment in EasyCare+ and EasyCare Premium is optional and will continue to renew each month until cancelled. Your monthly charge for EasyCare+ or EasyCare Premium is billed by and paid to Viasat. EasyCare+ technical support starts upon enrollment. EasyCare Premium coverage is not effective until 31 days after your plan term begins, and additional service fees may apply per claim for covered products. Per claim and aggregate limits apply. Offer not available in all areas.  

EasyCare Premium Accidental Damage from Handling applies to damage as a result of normal use of laptops, tablets, wearables, and printer display screens only.
