Overwatch x Rescue

Overwatch x Rescue (OxR) is a comprehensive SOS subscription service designed for outdoor enthusiasts who venture into areas beyond traditional communication networks. Recognizing the inherent risks associated with remote adventures, OxR offers 24/7/365 multilingual incident, accident, and emergency assistance coordination, enabling subscribers to receive prompt support when it matters most.

Subscribers can connect up to three (3) satellite-enabled devices, including certain Android smartphones and iPhone models, and Garmin SPOT and Zoleo Satellite Communicators. A complete list of eligible devices is available on the Overwatch x Rescue website. In an emergency, users can send their location coordinates and emergency SOS message to OxR's Crisis Response Center (CRC). The CRC then coordinates the appropriate response and maintains constant communication with the subscriber. Once the situation is resolved, subscribers can submit related bills to OxR, which manages the expenses directly, eliminating the need for traditional claims processes.
