End of life
Although existing IsatPhone Pro handsets and accessories will continue to function with its SIM and subscription, please note that since 01 October 2019:
- IsatPhone Pro, together with all its components and accessories is no longer available for sale; and
- We have discontinued any further customer support, firmware upgrades or warranty and repairs for IsatPhone Pro, including any warranty of any repaired IsatPhone Pro.
Contacting your Service Provider
Please contact your Service Provider for their proprietary application for sending and receiving data, or if you would like further assistance with any aspect of your phone.
Your Service Provider number is stored on your SIM card. To view your Service Provider, open ‘Info’ by pressing the centre selection key and selecting Service Provider.
Firmware update
IsatPhone Pro firmware version 5.17.2 is released and available for download now.
Important: Firmware version 5.17.2 supersedes the firmware version 5.11.0

Quick start guide
From time to time, it may be necessary to upgrade your phone in order to improve its functionality and operation. You will be notified by us and/or your Service Provider when a firmware upgrade is required.
Please note that you need to install the USB drivers before installing the Firmware Upgrade Tool. The USB drivers and the guide ‘How to install USB drivers’ are included on the support CD supplied with your IsatPhone Pro.

The contact synchronisation tool enables you to transfer contact information between your PC and your phone. The tool is compatible with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express.

You will need to install the USB drivers on your PC before installing the contact synchronisation and firmware upgrade tools. Installing the USB drivers also reduces your phone’s charging time.
