Burst Speed is the maximum temporary spike in network speed beyond the Baseline Speed that is achievable under ideal conditions.
Viasat optimizes its network with the goal that most customers experience a Baseline Speed of up to 80 Mbps most of the time. Speeds are “up to”, not guaranteed and will vary.
