We want to show the world how important connectivity is to those who work at sea, so we’re running the Inmarsat Cares Photo and Video Content Competition 2025 with the support of Seafarer Social.
We’re inviting seafarers from around the world to upload their stories about how they use connectivity onboard a vessel and the winning entry will win Apple Airpods.
We know that seafarers help keep the world moving, and we understand that it’s vital to keep you connected during voyages at sea. That’s why we’ve created NexusWave, taking crew connectivity to the next level – unlimited, reliable and completely secure.
To take part, simply upload a short video or a photo and that captures you using connectivity at sea – don't forget to add a caption.

We want to hear your story, told in your way but there are a few simple guidelines that content needs to adhere to:
Aside from having the chance to have your video or photo featured globally on our social media channels, you have the chance of winning one set of Apple AirPods Pro headphones. And more importantly, the chance to make your voice heard and shine a light on the importance of connectivity to all seafarers.
