Lisa Curran

Lisa Curran is Chief Enterprise and Strategy Officer at Viasat, where she leads the Office of the CEO, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, Enterprise Performance Management and Business Systems, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications. In this role, she helps shape and execute the company's long-term strategy, drive enterprise alignment, and strengthen the operating rigor, transparency, and accountability needed to deliver sustainable growth and shareholder value.

 

Since joining Viasat in 2024 as Vice President of Investor Relations, Lisa has helped strengthen the connection between strategy, financial priorities, performance, and how the company's results are understood by investors, employees, customers, and other stakeholders. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations, where she also led Financial Planning & Analysis and External Communications.

 

Lisa brings more than 25 years of leadership experience driving business transformation, scaling performance-driven cultures, and delivering value creation across global technology and industrial organizations. Throughout her career, she has helped lead large-scale transformations, build high-performing operating systems, and support the creation and growth of public companies. Prior to joining Viasat, she held senior leadership roles at Ecolab, Danaher, Fortive, and Vontier, where she developed deep expertise in linking strategy, metrics, execution, and shareholder value creation.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science, Engineering option, from Kansas State University and completed Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development (PLD).
