1. Eligibility – The Viasat Inc. (“Viasat”) Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to attendees of the 2025 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (“EBACE”). In order to be eligible for the prize, entrants must provide their name, email address and phone number, during the Prize Draw Period (defined below). By participating in the Prize Draw, you affirm that (a) you are of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside (and at least 18 years of age) at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members (spouses, children and parents) of Viasat, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
2. Prize Draw Entries and Drawings - Upon providing your information, Viasat will automatically enter your name for a random drawing. Viasat will randomly select winners at the end of the Prize Draw Period (as defined below).
3. Prize Draw Period – The Prize Draw contest period will begin at 6:30 p.m. CEST on May 21, 2025 and will end at approximately 10:00 P.M. CEST on May 21, 2025 (“Prize Draw Period”).
4. Prize Announcements –Viasat will announce the winners on 21 May 2025. Viasat will announce the winners live, and each winner must be present to claim and accept the prize. If a winner does not claim a prize after they are announced, the winner forgoes the prize, and Viasat will repeat this process to select an alternative winner from the eligible entries submitted during the Prize Draw Period. This process will repeat until a winner claims and accepts each prize.
5. Rules/Winners’ List - Limited to one entry per participant. Maximum one prize per entrant in the Prize Draw.
6. Prize – The prizes are (i) XREAL One Pro AR glasses, (ii) Sony WH-1000XM5 wireless headphones, and (iii) Rimowa toiletry pouch. The total value of the prize for items (i) – (iii) of this Section 6 shall not exceed $750. No prize substitution is permitted except at Viasat’s discretion. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including and without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws related to the prize.
7. Acceptance and Media Release – By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Viasat may publish the winner and guest’s full name, photo, and/or testimonial in any and all media now or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
8. Odds –Each guest will have one eligible entry during the Prize Draw Period. Total number of guests determines the odds of winning the prize.
9. Sweepstakes Modification – Viasat reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice, terminate the Prize Draw, in whole or in part, or modify the Prize Draw rules in whole or in part at its sole discretion and for any reason.
10. Agreement to Terms – Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Prize Draw rules. Collecting the prize is contingent on the entrant’s full cooperation with the Prize Draw's rules. The Prize Draw's rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrants and Viasat.
11. Indemnification – By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant agrees to release and hold Viasat, its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and affiliates harmless- from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Prize Draw or the prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
12. Governing Law and Arbitration – By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant agrees to be subject to the laws of the State of California in any potential dispute. The entrant further agrees that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Prize Draw shall be settled by arbitration administered by ADR Services, Inc. governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The place of arbitration shall be Carlsbad, California. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions – Limited to one entry per person. Viasat, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, will not be liable for (i) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize Draw, participation in the Prize Draw, or the prizes; or (ii) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Prize Draw.
