Business Customers: Account Administration FAQ
Here are some of the features you can use in My Viasat:
- View and Pay Bills
- Manage recurring payment method
- Change your bill date
- Update your contact information
- Update your My Viasat Password
- View your data usage
- Change your plan
- Purchase Data Boost
- Run diagnostic tests for troubleshooting
- Reboot your modem

To register your account, go to my.viasat.com

Click Sign up

Enter your Account Number, Zip Code, and Email Address
Note: Your email address will be your username for future logins

Click Next

Verify your email with the validation code that was sent to the email provided

Create a Password

(Optional) Enter your phone number to set up a mobile recovery option

Log in to My Viasat using your email address and password

To reset your My Viasat account password, go to My Viasat

Click Forgot your Password

Enter your username (This will be an email address) and click Next
-
Select where you want the validation code to be sent: email or phone

Enter your validation code and click Verify

Enter your new password, confirm password, and check sign me out of all other devices

Click Login and sign in with new password
Follow these steps to update your email address, phone number, billing or shipping address. You cannot update the business name or service address through this process.

Log in to My Viasat

Click on Account

Click Account Info & Settings

Under the Contact Information section click Edit , to update the email address and phone number

To update the billing address and shipping address, click Business Information, enter details and save changes
