How do I see what plans are available in my area?
There are several plans available and it’s important that you understand your usage and your budget when choosing a different plan. Most areas offer our Viasat Unleashed plans and we have the option for a less expensive plan that offer less high-speed data like one of our Choice plans.
To view available plans:
- Log into My Viasat and check what your monthly data usage is. To do this go to the Usage tab at the top and then look at your data consumption. You can view daily and monthly data consumption and you can view prior months too.
- Then to view other plans and see a side-by-side comparison, click on the Change plan link at the top of the Usage page. This button is underneath your plan details. Don’t worry when you click on the Change plan, it won’t change it in this first step.
- View the available plans in your area and if you would like to change, follow the steps. When you change plans the new data will be available immediately.
NOTE: Once you change plans, you may not be able to change back.
