Manage your Service with My Viasat
Everything you need to know about your account can be found quickly and conveniently on your My Viasat dashboard.
Start by logging in at my.viasat.com. If you're new to My Viasat, click HERE. Once registered and logged in, this is where you can review and manage your Viasat account anytime! Add https://my.viasat.com as a bookmark on your browser.
What You'll Find on My Viasat
- View your current plan detail, and change your plan
- Review your data usage, data renewal date, and buy more High-Speed Data (not available for all plans)
- Review your account balance, payment due date, and billing details
- Review, print, and download current and past statements
- Make a payment, change your payment method on file, and change the bill due date
- Update your email address or phone number
- Add or remove additional services, such as Voice and EasyCare
- Troubleshoot your network

Update Your Information on My Viasat
- Click on Account in the top right corner of your portal dashboard
- Click Account info and settings
- Your account and address information will appear
- To update; select contact information on the left panel
- Click the pencil/edit icon in the top right corner

My Viasat
- View your current plan details
- Check your data usage and even buy more High-Speed Data (if available for your plan)
- Check your balance due
- Set up auto-pay
- Add on additional services
- Download the Viasat internet app
- Make a secure, one-time payment through My Viasat and avoid the $5 assistance fee if an agent processes your payment.
- Click on Billing at the top of the page. Next, locate and click on Make a payment
- Make a one-time payment using your current payment method on file
- Select Billing; then select Make a payment
- Select one of the payment options offered by clicking on the link, and the payment amount will appear for the payment option selected:
- Pay balance
- Pay another amount
- Your payment will automatically come from the current payment method on file
- Click Pay and your payment will begin to process. That's all there is to it
- Are you using a different payment method for this one-time payment?
- If you use a different payment method for only this payment, check the Use a different payment method box, then select payment type
- Credit/Debit Card- Enter your card details then click Pay
- Bank Account - Login to our secure online banking tool with your banking username and password to process your payment. You no longer need a routing or account number.
- Paypal- Login to your Paypal account and confirm payment details then click agree and pay
- If you use a different payment method for only this payment, check the Use a different payment method box, then select payment type

- Pay your bill
- View your current bill and print your statement
- View your billing history and print any statement you need
- View your current method of payment on file and change your method of payment
- Change your payment due date
The usage tab provides you with your current account details. The data usage meter will depend on the plan you have.
