• We'll help you choose the best plan. Depending on where you move it may require an upgrade to a different plan.
• Ask Customer Care or your Viasat dealer about contract requirements.
• If there's a balance on the account for the address you're leaving, we'll ask you to pay that in full prior to setting up your new account.
• Our Customer Care team will arrange a time to install the new satellite dish at your new location, connect your modem, and complete the setup of your new account for your new address.

• The installer will provide equipment at your new location.

• Your monthly bill may change depending on your new plan and what's available in your new location.
• Although you are an existing Viasat customer, your new service address will be assigned a new Viasat account number. 
• Your first statement will be emailed at the start of your bill cycle date, usually within 3-4 days of your installation. This is typically larger than your future monthly bills because it includes the charge for your first month of service, the first few days before the billing date, and any one-time fees related to your setup and installation.
