Viasat’s expanded EasyCare line-up offers you more support options to ensure you are getting the most out of your internet service and smart devices! 

EasyCare Agent

EasyCare

  • No charge for required service call ($95 each)
    • Antenna re-pointing
    • Wiring repair or replacement between the dish and the modem only, assuming a standard installation.
    • Whether your dish fell out of alignment or a cable between your dish and your modem went bad, we've got you covered.
    • Service calls that are not required after the first 90-days of service are subject to a $95 service call charge even if you are enrolled in EasyCare.
    • Note: There may be additional charges if Viasat's equipment needs to be replaced or if you request the technician to perform other services.
  • Annual dish relocation for discounted price of $95 (regularly $200)
  • Calls receive priority customer support

EasyCare+

Includes all the benefits of EasyCare, plus

  • Dedicated home tech support.
  • Expert technical support, including clever tips on how to optimize your smart devices.
  • Assistance available 7am-11pm ET, 7 days week.

EasyCare

 

    $9.99 per month

  • New Internet service customers that sign up within the first 30 days of your Viasat Internet service installation are eligible to receive the first 3 months free.
  • Your invoice will display an off-setting credit for EasyCare. 

EasyCare+

   

    $14.99 per month

  • New Internet service customers that sign up within the first 30 days of activation are eligible to receive the first 3 months free.
  • Your invoice will display an off-setting credit for EasyCare+.

  • Yes, a partial month service charge will exist on the first invoice after the product is added to your account.  
    • This also applies when you transition from one EasyCare product to another

 

  • Yes, you can add one of these products at any time.
  • You can add one of these products if it is determined that a standard service call is required. 

Note: If you move, disconnect or reconnect your Viasat service, the EasyCare line-up of products do not qualify this as a standard service call and is not covered.

No, you can cancel anytime.

 

EasyCare

  • If you cancel in the middle of a bill cycle, EasyCare will terminate on your next bill cycle date.
  • Cancellation of EasyCare within 90 days after purchase may result in charges for EasyCare services previously received. Re-enrollment in EasyCare may be restricted for up to 180 days after cancellation. EasyCare features are subject to the terms and conditions of the Viasat EasyCare Plan Addendum to your Customer Agreement.

EasyCare+

  • EasyCare+ will terminate immediately upon request.

Only one EasyCare product may be active on an account at a time.

EasyCare+ is provided by Asurion. If you are an EasyCare+ customer, Asurion will provide virtual technical support for supported products to subscribers by phone with an option, at Asurion's discretion, for chat. Sessions 7:00 am – 11:00 pm ET Monday through Sunday.
