- Yes, a partial month service charge will exist on the first invoice after the product is added to your account.

- You can add one of these products if it is determined that a standard service call is required.
Note: If you move, disconnect or reconnect your Viasat service, the EasyCare line-up of products do not qualify this as a standard service call and is not covered.

EasyCare+ is provided by Asurion. If you are an EasyCare+ customer, Asurion will provide virtual technical support for supported products to subscribers by phone with an option, at Asurion's discretion, for chat. Sessions 7:00 am – 11:00 pm ET Monday through Sunday.
