The Omni-Route Cyber ® is a portable, rugged communications hub engineered to deliver reliable, encrypted connectivity in even the most remote and demanding environments. This adaptable new solution provides enterprise-grade Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and advanced post-quantum secure encryption, adhering to the highest possible standards. 

 

One of the key features of the device is its ability to connect to both 4G/5G cellular and satellite connections. So, in the event of a network disruption, the device can automatically switch between cellular and satellite networks or bond them to maintain high availability, enabling seamless connectivity.

 

The Omni-Route Cyber® builds on the foundation of the Tactical Wireless Omni-Route ®, a portable device which bonds connectivity from multiple sources - such as satellite, cellular and Wi-Fi - into a single point of connectivity embedded with GPS. This ultimately provides more efficient and secure communications for emergency services and industries operating in remote and harsh environments where reliable communications are paramount 

 

CyberHive, a UK-based software company specializing in cyber security for the post-quantum era, has contributed its unique security expertise to the development of the Omni-Route Cyber ®. This collaboration helps to make the solution highly secure, making it suitable for applications in defense, law enforcement, healthcare and transport operators. 

 

The potential new use cases for the Omni-Route Cyber® are diverse and impactful. To illustrate a few examples, in healthcare, it can streamline remote diagnosis and telemedicine by enabling medical practitioners to share high-resolution images with specialists for faster, more accurate diagnoses and treatments. In transportation, it can enhance rail and roadside communications, improving coordination and safety for remote teams and on-the-move workers. While for aid organizations and NGOs, it can serve as a portable communications hub for first responders, ensuring critical information is shared quickly and securely during disasters or emergencies
