- Yes, a partial amount for the applicable EasyCare monthly service fee will be on the first invoice after EasyCare is added to your account.
- This also applies when you transition from one EasyCare option to another
- Yes, you can add one of the EasyCare options at any time.
- You can add one of the EasyCare options if it is determined that a standard service call is required.
Note: EasyCare does not cover a standard service call for moving, disconnecting or reconnecting your Viasat service.

Sorry, no. Any preexisting damaged or malfunctioning devices are not covered under the plan prior to enrollment. If you need a repair on a device that was damaged prior to enrollment or that is not covered under the EasyCare Premium plan, our stores can assist you with a repair.
Yes! For laptops, tablets, wearables, and printer display screens only, no need to stress over accidental drops, spills, or cracked screens. We’ve got it covered and can repair or replace your device with a service fee of $99, $49, or even $0 per approved claim, depending on the device covered.

Only one EasyCare option may be active on an account at a time.
EasyCare+ and EasyCare Premium are provided by Asurion. If you are an EasyCare+ or EasyCare Premium customer, Asurion will provide virtual technical support for supported devices to subscribers by phone with an option, at Asurion’s discretion, for chat. Sessions 7:00am – 11:00 pm ET Monday through Sunday.
- To add any of our EasyCare options, please visit My Viasat or call us at: 855-463-9333.
- Customers that reside in AR, CA, CO, D.C., IL, MA, NJ, NY, OR, TN or VA, may remove EasyCare in My Viasat, by selecting Account Info & Settings, My Plan & Add-ons, Manage Plan or Add-ons, and following the required prompts. For all other customers, please call us at 855-463-9333.
