Depending on your address, one of the following options will be available:

1. Place a Viasat Fiber Order:
   
   • If Viasat Fiber is available at your address, you can place an order online through Buy Viasat or by calling 855-463-9333 and speaking with an agent. You can also learn more about the Viasat Fiber installation process HERE.
2. Join the Viasat Fiber Waitlist:
   • If Viasat Fiber is not yet available at your address, you have the option to join the waitlist. You will see the waitlist if:
     • Your HOA requires approval (Right of Entry): We must obtain permission from your HOA before construction can begin. By joining the waitlist, we can start contacting your HOA to secure access. You can also reach out to your HOA to express interest in working with Viasat. Once we are approved, we’ll notify you by email so you can place your order.
     • Your home requires trenching: Some homes require additional, non-invasive work to install Viasat Fiber. Joining the waitlist allows us to plan construction in your area. Once the work is complete, we’ll notify you by email so you can place your order.
3. Place a Viasat Satellite Internet Order:

   • If Viasat Fiber is not planned for your area, you will see satellite internet plan options (named Viasat Essentials and Viasat Unleashed) and no waitlist option will be available. We’re continuing to  expand Viasat Fiber—be sure to visit our Fiber page regularly for the latest updates.
