Viasat is a paperless company, and your payment method is charged on the same date every month. You will receive monthly emails with bill details. You can always review your monthly charges and payment due date on MY VIASAT. To learn more, watch this brief video: Click here

Navigating to Your Bill

If you're not already logged in, click here to log into My Viasat:

Select Billing and Payments
Select View Bill
Next, click on the statement you want to view or print

Important note: The Total amount due will only include payments made during the current billing cycle. If you expect to see a credit or refund on your account, your billing statement will not include any credits or refunds that have been processed on your account until the next invoice is issued on your billing date.

Step 1:

Connect your computer to the Viasat modem via either a wired ethernet connection or the modem's Wi-Fi network name and password.

Step 2:

If you are on the Viasat Wi-Fi Gateway modem, click on the button below

If you are on the Surfbeam 2+ modem, click on the button below

Step 3:

Click the Sign In button

Step 4:

Select Advanced and then scroll to the Bridge Mode Status area.

Step 5:

Select Enabled for turning on bridge mode and click Save Changes (NOTE: If your browser shows an Auto-Detect mode enabled, then first select Disable and Save Changes, then wait for modem reboot and then proceed to Enable bridge mode and Save Changes.)
