Viasat’s EasyCare for Business offers more support to ensure you are getting the most out of your internet service! 

EasyCare Agent

EasyCare for Business

  • No charge for required service call ($200 value).
    • Antenna re-pointing.
    • Wiring repair or replacement between the dish and the modem only, assuming a standard installation.
    • Whether your dish fell out of alignment or a cable between your dish and your modem went bad, we've got you covered.
    • Service calls that are not required after the first 90-days of service are subject to a $200 service call charge even if you are enrolled in EasyCare for Business.
    • Post-service appointment success call.
    • Note: There may be additional charges if Viasat's equipment needs to be replaced or if you request the technician to perform other services.
  • Annual dish relocation for discounted price of $95 (regularly $200).
  • Additionally, as part of the service is our Customer Care Commitment. We will proactively (post installation and post service appointment) call to check-in and confirm that the service is working as needed, answer any questions and confirm all issues are resolved.

 

EasyCare for Business

 

    $14.99 per month

  • New Internet service customers who sign up within the first 30 days of your Viasat Internet service installation are eligible to receive the first 3 months free.
  • Your invoice will display an off-setting credit for EasyCare for Business. 

Yes, a partial amount for the applicable EasyCare for Business monthly service fee will be on the first invoice after EasyCare for Business is added to your account.  

  • Yes, you can add EasyCare for Business at any time.
  • You can add EasyCare for Business if it is determined that a standard service call is required. 

Note: EasyCare for Business does not cover a standard service call for moving, disconnecting or reconnecting your Viasat service.

No, you can cancel anytime.

 

EasyCare for Business

  • If you cancel in the middle of a bill cycle, EasyCare for Business will terminate on your next bill cycle date.
  • Cancellation of EasyCare for Business within 90 days after purchase may result in charges for EasyCare for Business services previously received. Re-enrollment in EasyCare may be restricted for up to 180 days after cancellation. EasyCare for Business features are subject to the terms and conditions of the Viasat EasyCare for Business Plan Addendum to your Customer Agreement.

  • To add EasyCare for Business, please visit My Viasat or call us at: 855-313-4111.
  • Customers that reside in AR, CA, CO, D.C., IL, MA, NJ, NY, OR, TN or VA, may remove EasyCare for Business in My Viasat, by selecting Account Info & Settings, My Plan & Add-ons, Manage Plan or Add-ons, and following the required prompts. For all other customers, please call us at 855-313-4111.

Note: EasyCare for Business is not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
