Viasat Supplier Self-Assessment

Viasat, Inc., has established a Small Business Company Policy regarding our commitment to promote and increase participation of small businesses in our federal contracting and services division. This brief assessment will identify how well your company aligns with our sourcing requirements. Strategic alignment is based on our requirements and guidelines in several categories, such as technology, capabilities, quality processes/certifications, new production introduction, operations, compliance, and security.

 

Supplier Onboarding Documents

Viasat is committed to providing a smooth supplier onboarding experience. As part of our onboarding process, Viasat's Supply Chain group may request some or all of the documentation listed below.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

Must be fully executed between Viasat and the other party prior to exchange of proprietary information.

 

 

Representations and Certifications

Must be fully executed by suppliers prior to being added to the Viasat approved supplier list.

 

 

Supplier Quality Survey Form 

Must be executed by suppliers when prompted by Viasat. Viasat uses these surveys to assess a Suppliers' capability to provide products/services according to Viasat custom specifications and/or Viasat “Controlled Services”. If a specific product is not being assessed, the survey will be used as a tool to explore capabilities for future products/services.

Agile Access Request Form

This document (form) must be executed by the supplier and approved by Viasat prior to being provided controlled access to Viasat’s Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
