US Monolithics has become ViaSat Advanced Microwave Products. Over the last several years, ViaSat has acquired numerous small companies which were set up as wholly owned subsidiaries. To optimize general operating efficiencies and streamline business pursuit activities, ViaSat is consolidating the subsidiaries into internal ViaSat business divisions. As a result we will be changing our name to ViaSat Advanced Microwave Products.
We realize some of our customers compete with other ViaSat business areas. In those cases, we will implement NDAs and firewall other ViaSat business areas to protect confidential information as we do now.
You can expect the same quality of service and products from the dedicated team you’ve come to know and trust. We will continue to operate out of our facility in Gilbert, Arizona.
