Warranty Service
All products include a twelve-month warranty from the date of shipment of the product. Details of Product Warranty are specified in our standard Terms and Conditions. In the event a problem is encountered during the warranty period, customers should contact us to initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process at EnerLinks.rma@viasat.com. Please provide the unit model number or part number and the serial number as well as a written description of the symptoms and problems you are experiencing. If you prefer to call, please have this information available.
Out-of-Warranty Service
Out-of-warranty product(s) require a purchase order prior to the issuance of RMA confirmation. We provides a fixed repair price when service is required. Send an e-mail to EnerLinks.rma@viasat.com with the unit model number or part number and the serial number as well as a written description of the symptoms and problems you are experiencing. If you prefer to call, please have this information available.
