Take Advantage of Our Trade-in Program and Upgrade to New VDC-200, -300, -400, or -500 Data Controllers Now

The VDC trade-in program gives you trade-in credits for your older units:

• $1000 or each VDC-100 ($1500 if returned with cable and battery adapter)
• $1000 for each VDC-200

To qualify for the program, each VDC must be in operating condition, i.e., it must power on and pass BIT. The customer credit will be applicable only towards the purchase of a new VDC-200, -300, -400, or -500 unit on a one-for-one basis. For each unit returned, one new unit must be purchased.

Follow These Steps To Participate in the VDC Trade-in Program

• Contact ViaSat depot service at (760) 476-4857 or e-mail nsgdepotrepair@viasat.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
• Send unit(s) to ViaSat, at customer expense, together with an RFQ for the desired new units
• We will then confirm that the trade-in units qualify for the trade-in credit and prepare a quotation for the desired new units, with trade-in credit included
• Customer issues a Purchase Order (PO) for the quoted amount and new units are shipped

Once ViaSat has received the PO from the customer, the trade-in unit(s) becomes property of ViaSat to dispose of or re-sell as refurbished. If the customer chooses not to participate in the program, upon notification, the unit(s) will be returned to the customer, at ViaSat expense, in an "as received" condition.
