The ViaSat INE (VINE) Manager software application enables network managers to centrally manage, monitor, and configure AltaSec® Inline Network Encryptors (INEs), including the KG-250, KG-250A, and KG-255. Using the VINE Manager intuitive interface, you can remotely manage any AltaSec parameter that would otherwise be configured from the INE local user interface.

The software offers a spreadsheet-like view of all managed INEs, providing color-coded identity and connectivity status information for all INEs within a single dashboard. From VINE Manager, you can easily configure, import, or create tunnel and key tables, and upload them to multiple INEs. You can also edit the Traffic Flow Security (TFS), Real Time Clock (RTC), Secure Tunnel, or Keys configuration data that the application displays.

You can configure VINE Manager to download and reset audit logs at defined intervals or at 80% full. Review INE management history through the event log, which tracks changes to AltaSec INE parameters, management status, alert status, audit log saves and deletes, INE resets, and tunnel table and key table uploads.
