In an engineering development environment, there are often multiple ways to meet a challenge, each with a different set of risks, rewards, costs, and schedule. Our project teams openly solicit different points of view where innovation is encouraged, but in a structured review framework where different points of view are respectfully and objectively reviewed, leading ultimately to the best overall solution. |
