Bi-Weekly Payroll Contribution

Benefit

ViaSat pays approximately 90% of total premiums for medical, chiropractic and acupuncture, dental, vision, and behavioral health.

Holidays

Vacation

Maximum accrual of 2 times normal annual accrual
Employees will accrue an additional day per year beginning in the sixth year (to a maximum of 10 additional days)
Cash Out Policy: certain conditions must be met

10 paid sick days per year, no maximum accrual

Bereavement Leave

Up to 5 days for immediate family members
Up to 3 days for close family members

Jury Duty

Up to 10 workdays paid per year

Computer Loan

A financial institution will provide personal loans for personal computer purchases to qualified employees to a maximum of $3,000. ViaSat will pay the interest and loan origination fee.

Alliance Capital provides a fund to save for tuition expenses for employees or their dependents
Tax-free earnings growth/ Tax-free distributions
Pays for tuition, room, board, books and supplies at colleges and universities

Non-CA: Provides $200/yr reimbursement of qualified fitness centers for employees w/o onsite gym.

Eligibility: One week following their 1st payday or as soon as administratively feasible
